Philosophy
In 2002 Ceramicas Mimas opened their production plant in L’Alcora,marking a large presence of its products in the national and the international, market place.

Technology
Renewable energy
Ceramicas Mimas, in its commitment to sustainability and the environment, has installed a self-consumption photovoltaic plant on the roof of its facilities.
This installation consists of 2,932 photovoltaic panels and 15 inverters with a monitoring system and zero discharge. This translates into a peak installed power of 1,715 kWp and a nominal inverter power of 1,500 kW.
The installation has had a cost of €835,053.42 + VAT and has received a grant of €157,306.75, awarded through IVACE (Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness), the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, and IDAE (Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving), financed by the Next Generation EU Funds.

Mimas products have been manufactured following the strictest normatives and guidlines, respecting the enviroment , the clays used are sourced from responsible sources who follow the strictest controls.
Mimas Products are manufactured in Spain under the strictest regulations following normatives for the strictest control of co2 emisions
All water used in the production process is recycled and reused in the production process.
Respecct for our enviroment and self awareness makes our responsbility recognised via our ISO-14001 Certification.
